About Brave Haven's leadership

The long-term plan

The hangar

Brave Haven Aviation is building toward an aircraft maintenance company of its own. Training comes first: it builds the reputation, the relationships, and the people the hangar will need.

  1. 1. Teach

    Live

One-on-one coaching, transition workshops, and test prep cohorts today. Courses for individuals, and licensing for schools and employers, as each course is released.

  2. 2. Build the team

    Planned

Mentor mechanics coming out of the military and through the training, and grow the relationships and the people a maintenance company needs.

  3. 3. Open the hangar

    Planned

Brave Haven Aviation Maintenance: leased hangar space at an airport, and a team servicing airplanes and helicopters. Whether to certificate it as an FAA Part 145 repair station is one of the decisions ahead.
